What we collect
We only collect information you give us when you:
- Submit the estimate form or the sticky “Get a free quote” form (name, phone, email if provided, message)
- Send a message via our chat widget (Tawk.to or Crisp) or WhatsApp — we see what you send in those tools
- Sign in with Google — we receive your name and email from Google to show you as signed in and to link your enquiries
We do not collect or store your data from other websites or from your device without your action.
Cookies and first-party analytics
We use first-party cookies and similar tech only — i.e. set by our site or by our analytics provider in a first-party context. We do not load third-party advertising or tracking scripts until you choose to accept cookies.
- Essential: Session cookies for admin login and, if you sign in with Google, for your sign-in session. These are required for those features.
- Analytics (optional): If you click “Accept all” in our cookie banner, we load Google Tag Manager (GTM) and/or Google Analytics (GA4). They use first-party cookies to understand how visitors use our site (e.g. page views, events like “form submitted”). You can change your choice at any time using the link below.

Sign in with Google
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We use this only to display your name on the site and to associate your account with any enquiries you make. We do not share this data with third parties for marketing. You can sign out at any time from the header.
